Customer orientation is a top priority for our Company’s operations and we apply a holistic approach to customer health and safety and data protection.

Our Company conducts a customer satisfaction survey every 2 years and its recommendations are incorporated into our operations.

If the execution of an onsite audit at our Company is required by the management system and operational practice of our customers, we render it possible. We take our customers’ recommendations seriously and corrective actions are taken for them.

Effective complaint management is important to us also in the area of procurement. We apply an internal system to handle complaints about raw- and auxiliary materials, technical materials, and purchased services, where related parties can track the process. Complaints are taken into account in the annual evaluation of suppliers.

The issue of product safety goes beyond the boundaries of our Company; our customers also need the appropriate theoretical and practical preparedness to protect health and maintain safety. All the products we sell are supplied with a Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and Technical Data Sheet (TDS) summing up delivery and storage information for our customers. Our policies are in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 standards.
