This year, a record number of nearly 1,100 entries were received from 156 municipalities and 26 different industries were represented in the competition. This year’s list of TOP 195 Lovable Workplaces was decided by online votes again, which numbered more than 57,000 in 2020. The award was given to the 150 best-performing SMEs, 35 large companies, and 10 Transylvanian companies.
Our company could introduce itself and its attractiveness by creating a company profile (https://dreamjo.bs/en/company/borsodchem) and this year also had the opportunity to delineate the survival strategies and measures from an HR perspective, which were launched to treat the negative effects of the epidemic.
